- Your NPI record is wrong or out of date: we can't edit it. Sign in to NPPES and change it there. Our page follows within a day. See how to update NPI information.
- You want your record removed: NPI records are public by federal rule, and we show the same record CMS publishes. If NPPES removes or changes it, we do too.
- A bulk check order: include the email you paid with and the date.
