Searches
Your searches are sent to the CMS NPPES API to get the results. We don't save searches tied to you. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs for a short time for security.
Bulk checks
For a free bulk check, we keep a count of how many NPIs were checked from a hashed version of your IP address for the current day, so we can apply the daily limit. The hash can't be turned back into the IP.
For a paid bulk check, we store the NPI list you uploaded and your order details so you can download the results again for 30 days. NPIs are public identifiers. Don't upload patient information. The tool only reads the NPI column.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. We never see your card number. We receive your email address and the payment status.
Waitlist
If you join a waitlist we store your email and the feature you asked about, and only email you about that feature. Ask us to delete it any time at support@npilookup.app.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
