Records come from public CMS data and are shown as published. We don't guarantee they are complete, current or correct. Providers report their own details to NPPES and CMS doesn't verify all of them. Don't rely on this site alone for credentialing, hiring or claims decisions.
Fair use
Don't scrape the site or send automated traffic. If you need data in bulk, use the bulk tool or the official CMS downloads.
Paid bulk checks
A bulk check purchase covers one list of up to 5,000 NPIs, with results you can download again for 30 days. If a check fails because of a problem on our side and we can't fix it, we refund you.
